Can I have roof bars or a roof box fitted to the rental vehicle?
Yes, roof bars and roof boxes can be fitted to most vehicle models. This service is available at an additional cost.
What happens if I receive a parking fine?
The renter is responsible for paying any parking fines incurred during the rental period. If the fine is not paid, the amount will be charged together with an administration fee of SEK 300.
Can I drive your rental vehicles abroad?
Driving abroad is only permitted in Finland and Norway. Vehicles must not be taken outside Sweden without our prior approval. Please note that additional charges may apply.
How do I pay road tolls in Norway?
The renter is responsible for paying Norwegian road tolls. Information about toll payments can be found at www.epass24.com. If the toll charges are not paid, the amount will be charged together with an administration fee of SEK 300. Please note that toll charges may be invoiced several months after the rental period has ended.
Do your vehicles have engine heaters?
Yes, all vehicles are equipped with some form of heater, either an engine and cabin heater or a fuel-powered parking heater. The type of heater varies between vehicle models.
Do your vehicles have tow bars?
Yes, many of our vehicles are fitted with tow bars.
Can I bring my dog in the rental vehicle?
Yes, dogs and other pets are permitted in certain vehicle categories, but this must be approved by us in advance. Dogs must always be transported in an approved crate placed in the luggage compartment.
Can I use one of your vehicles for learner driving?
No, this is not permitted.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?
No, smoking is prohibited in all of our vehicles.
Do your vehicles have studded tyres during winter?
Yes, all of our vehicles are fitted with studded tyres during the winter season. We do not use non-studded winter tyres.
Can I return the vehicle outside office hours?
Yes, vehicles can be returned outside office hours at both our Luleå and Piteå locations.
